1. About Us

This website is operated by Pure Vial, trading from Victoria, Australia. ABN: 71 698 744 268.

2. Laboratory Use Only

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical and industrial use only. They are not a medicine or therapeutic good, not entered on the ARTG, and have not been evaluated by the TGA.

By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18, purchasing for lawful research use, and will not administer the product to any human or animal.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Payment is required before dispatch. Prices in AUD. Pure Vial is not registered for GST; no tax invoice is issued.

4. Dispatch

Orders ship within 24 hours from payment via Australia Post. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

5. Returns

No change-of-mind returns on liquid products. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. For damage or quality issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Vial's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing excludes rights under the ACL.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
