How is it packaged and shipped?
Padded, tamper-evident carton to protect glass. Ships from Victoria the same business day (Mon-Fri, order by 2 PM AEST) via tracked Australia Post standard or express.
Do you batch-test every lot?
Yes. Every batch is filtered to 0.22 µm and tested before release. Batch records are retained.
What's the shelf life and how should I store it?
Store 15-25 °C away from direct light. Unopened, sealed vials remain stable through the printed batch date.
What if a vial arrives damaged?
Email support@purevial.shop within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund per our refund policy.
What are the shipping options?
Standard shipping is $14.00 and free on orders over $89. Express shipping is $17.00. Australia Post estimates 2-6 business days for standard and 1-3 business days for express after dispatch.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from Victoria. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on Victorian public holidays are processed the next business day.
Can I return an unopened item?
Unopened items with the original tamper seal and packaging intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost for change-of-mind returns.
What happens if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Email support@purevial.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
